Our company built an electrochemical pretreatment system, which COD removal rate is over 60%, and the B/C ratio is improved from 0.1 to over 0.35. The effluent then enters the biochemical system for further treatment and finally qualified discharge. The project was put into operation in January 2013 and has been running steadily so far.
