Scheme  introduction

The pollutants of coking wastewater contain dozens of inorganic and organic compounds, which majorly are a large number of ammonium salts, thiocyanide, sulfide, cyanide, phenols, monocyclic and polycyclic aromatic compounds, as well as heterocyclic compounds containing nitrogen, oxygen and sulfur etc. The wastewater is a typical industrial wastewater containing organic compounds that are difficult to degrade.


Technological advantages:

1. The ammonia concentration of the wastewater is reduced from 5,000mg/L to 2,000mg/L by the catalytic oxidation process after ammonia evaporation, which effectively avoids the problem of increasing total water volume caused by dilution with clear water in the traditional process. At the same time, the structures of the organic compounds in the wastewater are broken with opening ring due to the catalytic action, so the biodegradability of the wastewater is greatly enhanced.


2. It is difficult to further mineralize and decompose the organic matters inside the biochemical effluent. A series of LONGANTAI advanced catalytic technologies which can effectively remove chromaticity and degrade organic matters, are used to further treat the wastewater for zero dicharge.
